For best results, use your pen daily for the first three days, then switch to every other day. The recommended daily dose is up to 50mg per injection.

How to set up your pen:

1. Remove the pen and cartridge from packaging, letting them reach room temperature for 2–3 minutes.
2. Take off the pen lid.
3. Unscrew the cartridge holder.
4. If the plunger is visible, push it into the pen base.
5. Place the cartridge into the holder.
6. Reattach the holder to the pen.
7. Twist the pen until the dosage meter is fully exposed.
8. Press the dosage meter until the plunger rests against the cartridge base and you feel resistance.

Your pen is now ready to use.

1. Attach a 6mm micro-needle to the pen without removing its cover.
2. Clean your chosen injection site (abdomen, thigh or buttock) with an alcohol wipe.
3. Remove the needle cover.
4. Set the correct dose on the dosage meter.
5. Pinch the skin at the site to lift it from the muscle.
6. Insert the needle and inject by pressing the plunger button.
7. Wait three seconds before withdrawing the needle.
8. Replace the needle cover, remove it from the pen, and store the pen in the fridge.
9. Dispose of the needle in a sharps bin.
10. Rotate injection sites to avoid irritation.

It’s common to notice mild redness, bruising, a drop of solution or a small amount of blood at the injection site. These effects are temporary and harmless.

NAD+ Injections are administered into muscle or fatty tissue.
Common injection sites include:

It’s important to rotate injection sites regularly. This helps reduce discomfort and ensures the NAD+ solution is absorbed effectively.

Always dispose of needles safely to avoid injury or environmental harm. Place used needles into a sharps bin or another strong, puncture-resistant container designed for medical waste. Seal the container and keep it out of reach of children and pets.

To replace the cartridge in your pen:

1. Remove the lid.
2. Unscrew the clear section from the pen.
3. Push the plunger down.
4. Remove the used cartridge from the clear section.
5. Place the used cartridge in a sharps bin.
6. Insert the new cartridge into the clear section.
7. Screw the clear section back onto the pen.
8. Check your dosage before the next injection.

Store NAD+ cartridges in a refrigerator between 2°C and 8°C. Before use, remove a cartridge from the fridge and allow it to reach room temperature for 2-3 minutes.When unopened and stored correctly in the fridge at 2–8°C, cartridges remain effective for up to 24 months. Keep them away from light and heat, and only open a cartridge when you’re ready to use it. Cartridges are delivered with cool packs to protect them in transit, and refrigeration from arrival will help maintain quality.

Always ensure your NAD+ solution is clear or pale yellow to confirm its quality.The 1000mg cartridge has a slightly deeper yellow colour than the 500mg version. This is completely normal and does not affect quality or performance.

Start by dosing daily for three days to build up your levels, then continue every other day to maintain them. It’s best to take your dose in the morning for optimal energy throughout the day.
