1 in 2 people in the UK will develop cancer in their lifetime (Cancer Research UK).
Most people choose by what they're worried about. Pick the one that sounds like you and we'll show the right tests.
Prices include laboratory analysis and your results report. Pay in full or spread the cost with Clearpay.

One blood test that looks for circulating tumour cells from more than 70 types of solid cancer, including breast, lung, bowel, prostate and pancreatic, and indicates the likely organ of origin.

Measures prostate-specific antigen (PSA): the first check for prostate problems, including cancer. The same PSA test your GP would order.

Combines five protein markers, including PSA, with more than 100 genetic markers and your details into a personal risk score for aggressive prostate cancer.

Five epigenetic immune markers read with your PSA result to give a low or high likelihood of prostate cancer.

An MRI of the prostate gland and surrounding tissue, without a contrast injection, reported by a consultant radiologist. The first investigation the NHS uses after a raised PSA.

The same type of FIT test the NHS uses: detects tiny amounts of hidden blood in a stool sample, an early sign of bowel cancer or polyps. GP report included.

A simple self-taken swab that checks for the 24 high-risk HPV types behind almost all cervical cancers. No speculum, no appointment. GP report included.

The EarlyCDT Lung test measures seven autoantibodies your immune system makes in response to lung cancer, reported as low, moderate or high risk.

Brain, neck blood vessels, chest, abdomen, pelvis and spine in one appointment, reported by a consultant radiologist.

Everything in the Gold scan plus a cardiac MRI of your heart, in one 60 to 90 minute appointment.

A private MRI of one or two body parts of your choice, such as spine, brain, abdomen or pelvis, reported by a consultant radiologist.
No GP referral, no waiting list.
Screening can give you earlier answers, but it helps to know what it can and can't do.
Some blood tests can pick up early signs linked to cancer. TruCheck looks for circulating tumour cells from more than 70 types of solid cancer; PSA, Stockholm3 and EpiSwitch assess prostate cancer risk; and the EarlyCDT Lung test measures autoantibodies linked to lung cancer.
These are screening tests, not a diagnosis. A result outside the normal range means further tests are needed to find out what is going on.
For a broad check with no symptoms, most people choose TruCheck. Men worried about prostate cancer usually start with a PSA test, or choose Stockholm3 (men aged 45 to 74) or EpiSwitch PSE (needs a PSA result from the last six months) for a more detailed risk picture. If your PSA is raised, a prostate MRI is the next step the NHS uses too. For bowel and cervical screening there are FIT and HPV home kits.

No. You can book any of our cancer screening tests and scans without a GP referral. For MRI scans, we arrange the clinical referral the imaging centre needs.
Your report explains what your result means and what to do next. An abnormal screening result is not a diagnosis: it means further tests are needed, usually through your GP or a specialist. Our team can talk you through the result and the next steps.
No. Please keep going to NHS bowel, breast and cervical screening when you are invited. Private tests can help if you are outside the NHS age ranges, overdue for screening, or want a test the NHS does not routinely offer.
Blood tests are taken at one of 250+ partner clinics across the UK. TruCheck, PSA and EpiSwitch can also be taken by a nurse at your home. The PSA, bowel, HPV and lung tests are available as kits you do at home and post back. MRI scans take place at UK imaging centres.
It depends on the test: HPV 1 to 2 working days, PSA 3 to 5, MRI reports 3 to 5, EpiSwitch 5, bowel (FIT) 5 to 7, TruCheck 10 to 15, and Stockholm3 and EarlyCDT Lung up to 14 working days.
Some tests are not suitable after cancer or cancer treatment. For example, Stockholm3 and EpiSwitch are not for men already diagnosed with or treated for prostate cancer. Please call us before booking and we will help you choose.
Enquire via the form and a member of our team will get back to you, they are more than happy to help answer your questions and talk through the best option for you.
